The perfect candidate will:
- Deliver outstanding food and hospitality, keeping us the best in class
- You will assist the head chef in menu development and planning, creating dishes for each season
- Run the kitchen on the head chefs days off
- Work closely with the management team to consistently evolve the food offer
- Complying daily with H&S , food policy and procedures
- Inspire, motivate and develop our colleagues
- Promote a culture of kindness and uphold our company values
